Recognizing Frauds and Scams

We are fortunate to have a member from the Take Action program through Winnipeg Police Community Services joining us after the 10 o’clock service on October 13th to present on Frauds and Scams. 

TakeAction is a program designed to enhance community safety by educating the citizens of Winnipeg on easy, practical steps they can take to develop a personal safety strategy. The Winnipeg Police Service supports the TakeAction program by proactively promoting public education and awareness on ways to prevent crime, through crime awareness presentations. Come learn how you can be more aware both on-line and elsewhere regarding Frauds and Scams.
